Return & Exchange Period
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible, the item must:

Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return or refund.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Before sending any item back, you must contact our support team.

The reason for the return or exchange

Clear images of the product showing its condition
Our team will review your request and inform you whether the return or exchange has been approved.
We respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.
Inspection & Approval
Once the returned item is received at our facility, it will go through a quality inspection.
If the product is approved after inspection, the refund or exchange will be processed.
If the product does not meet our return conditions, the request may be refused and the item returned to the customer.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are processed within up to 25 calendar days after the item has passed inspection.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been completed.
Exchanges
Once the returned item is approved, exchanges are processed immediately.
The replacement product will be dispatched as soon as approval is confirmed.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
